About Merkabah Management Systems

Origin Story

Born between the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury River - along the 33rd parallel south - the Merkabah Management System emerged from a living geometry of sandstone, river, and sky, reflecting the resonance of its northern mirror - a covenant of balance between earth and light.

The Blue Mountains serve as the eastern bridge to Uluṟu, linking the mind of the east to the solar heart of the continent - the awakened solar plexus of Earth. 2020-2024, this bridge was activated through a ritual of flame and water, completing the circuit between the mountain and the desert - between thought and vitality - structure and soul.

Here, the principles of Vision, Structure, Flow, and Growth were first revealed - not as theory, but as a lived harmony between nature and consciousness.

From this foundation, the Merkabah evolved into a global framework for conscious business design, uniting compliance, education, and light into one coherent model of leadership.

Philosophy

When vision, structure, flow, and growth move in alignment, business becomes more than performance - it becomes purpose in motion.

Our approach transforms management from control into conscious creation, ensuring integrity, innovation, and wellbeing flow through every level of enterprise.

Just as the ancients foretold the restoration of divine order upon the Earth, the Merkabah represents that renewal in form.

Along the 33rd parallel, the same current that rebuilds nations restores consciousness - reuniting mind and heart, east and west, structure and spirit.
The work of Merkabah Management Systems is part of this living covenant: a return to coherence, where creation and leadership move once more as one light.

Inspirations include the New Earth Inner Academy (NESIA), the Hermetica (Corpus Hermeticum), the Nag Hammadi Library, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Egyptian–Alexandrian mysteries that reveal the unity of mind, matter, and spirit. The modern insights of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner and the teachings of William Donahue, Neville Goddard, Eckhart Tolle, and Santos Bonacci further inform this work-bridging psychology, spirituality, and the living science of consciousness. 

These teachings came alive through the "personal initiation" of Mathieu Cooper - a lived journey of remembrance, service, and the integration of ancient wisdom into modern creation.

"My personal path through the Merkabah and the Egyptian mysteries has been a living initiation - an awakening that united the Hermetic laws, the weighing of the heart, and the New Earth codes into practical frameworks for consciousness and leadership. With more than 25 years in business management and education, I’ve witnessed how structure, strategy, and soul can align to create sustainable transformation. Every element of this system has been walked, tested, and embodied. Along the way, I discovered that the cure was in the pain - that healing and mastery arise from meeting what hurts with awareness and truth. 

While I honour the teachers, mystics, and frameworks that have inspired parts of my journey, the Merkabah Management System and the Master Scroll are original works.
